Sustainability
Our distillery is located in the Ordino Valley, a designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, where commitment to sustainability is a core value. As our own brand and products are rooted in nature, so are our values and we strive to minimise our environmental impact at every step. We are honoured to have been awarded the official UNESCO seal in recognition of these efforts.

Here are some of the ways we strive to reduce our impact:
OUR FORAGING METHOd
Whilst foraging for juniper and other botanicals from the local mountains naturally reduces our carbon footprint, how we forage those ingredients is equally as important. To this end, we pick our juniper by hand, “tickling” the berries so that only the ripest ones are collected, leaving behind the green berries to mature and ensure future foraging fun.

OUR CHOICE OF PACKAGING
- All of our packaging is plastic free and uses non-toxic inks, from our labels to the stickers we use to gift wrap our bottles in store.
- Trade orders are packed using custom paper tape with non-toxic, compostable adhesive.
- Our bottles are from Barcelona and are made from post-consumer recycled glass, reducing the carbon impact of their production by 40% and lending them their beautiful bluey hue.
OUR DELIVERY VEHICLE
All of our local deliveries are made in electric vehicles.
SOURCING INGREDIENTS
To the largest degree possible, non-foraged ingredients are organic and grown or produced as close to Andorra as possible. To this end, amongst others, our citrus, liquorice, olives and fresh rosemary are all grown in Spain, whilst our coriander, thyme and angelica are all grown and sourced in France.
The neutral grain spirit with which we make our gin is made from premium French wheat, and is produced by the Nadal family in Perpignan, who have been making premium base spirits for nearly 200 years.
OUR DISTILLATION METHOD
Similar to many other premium and artisanal distilleries, we use the multi-shot method, a method of distillation which allows us to create up to 3 x more gin every time we use our still, vastly reducing our energy and water consumption.

With love, from Andorra
